Date & Nut Sourdough Bread
Nutty and just slightly sweet. Try this with some of our Flathead Cherry Jelly!
*Baguette size is a large baguette. It is very moist inside but does not have the crust of a traditional loaf of sourdough. It is great for sandwiches but is definitely NOT a traditional sourdough. This style is a special style I came up with at the request of my neighbor.

This loaf contains natural sugar and as a result it may become very caramelized during baking. This varies from loaf to loaf and is out of my control so I cannot guarantee that your loaf will not be very dark, especially on the bottom.
