Traditional Sourdough Bread
There really is nothing plain about a well made loaf of "plain" sourdough. No special add-ins are needed to enhance the complex flavors of this simple loaf but if you want to change it up I am happy to add some.
*Baguette size is a large baguette. It is very moist inside but does not have the crust of a traditional loaf of sourdough. It is great for sandwiches but is definitely NOT a traditional sourdough. This style is a special style I came up with at the request of my neighbor.
